How long does installation take?

Is there an installation fee?
No. Installation and the WiFi router are free on all packages. You only pay your first month's subscription once the technician has connected you and you're happy with the service.
Do I need to be home for installation?
Yes – you (or someone you trust) needs to be home to let the technician in, agree on router placement and confirm everything works before we leave.
Do you need permission from my landlord?
Not for your unit – the building is already wired. Our fibre backbone is installed with the landlord or management's approval before we go live in a building.
